It was so lovely to welcome the outgoing Mayor of Stratford upon Avon, Cllr Tony Jackson, and his wife Mandy to the yard so that they could meet some of our riders who have returned to riding. Cllr Jackson’s chosen good causes in his Mayoral year included Volunteers, People with Disabilities and Exercise & Well Being so it was great to finally be able to show them our lovely facilities. Hopefully they left knowing a little more of what we do – providing exercise and well being to our special riders, supported by our fabulous team of volunteers in our current ‘new normal’. It was just a shame that the last months have meant that they could not come before his year ended. Please come back and see us again!
