Coaches’ School Day

Huge shout-out to our committed team of coaches Verena, Puffin, Hannah, Karen & coach-in-training Katharine, who all recently travelled to Nottingham to attend a training course, held by North Midlands Region & hosted by Belvoir Vale RDA Group. It proved an interesting & valuable day, expertly led by Regional coach, Karen Thompson, & Regional Physio, Jennie Wilkinson, and focussing on assessing & developing the position of riders. We’re very fortunate to have coaches who give their time to refresh their skills & bring best practise to the Group, to the benefit of all our riders. An added bonus was the opportunity to look around Belvoir Vale RDA’s brand new, purpose built centre & its amazing facilities. Well worth a look on their page.
